Reservation conditions
Confirming the reservation an advance payment is necessary. Advance payment is 30 % of the total cost, which I calculate and inform via the confirmation e-mail. Bank account number: Kernya Andrea, Gránit Bank, 12100011-17619143


Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible in case of more than 10 days prior to arrival; this case advance payment will be transferred back. In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, 50 % of total fee is to be paid. In case of no show or no prior notice until arrival day 6pm, total fee is to be charged. Apartments can be taken from 2 pm on day of arrival and needs to be left on day of departure latest by 11 am. All fees include Tourist Tax and VAT.


Adults only
Guest only over age 18 are welcome and no pets are allowed. Minimum length of stay is 2 nights. No extra bed option is provided.
